JOB DESCRIPTION : Assist in managing expatriate recruitment processes, including compiling and rectifying documents to meet regulatory requirements. Follow up with clients on outstanding documents and ensure timely submission. Communicate with relevant government authorities regarding the status of applications. Prepare supporting documents such as additional letters and agreements as required. Assist in uploading necessary documents into the designated online systems accurately and promptly. Provide clients with regular updates on application progress and other related matters. REQUIREMENT : Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline. At least 1 year of relevant working experience. Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in Bahasa Melayu, English, and Chinese. Strong attention to detail with meticulous documentation handling skills.
