- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Site Coordinator or in a similar role
- Experience in house construction is an advantage
- Proficiency in project management software tools
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Liaise with subcontractors
- Lead site supervisor in executing site project according to the plan
- Monitor and track project progress, and performance.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes to the project scope
- Build, lead, and motivate site supervisor, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities
- Conduct project evaluations and implement improvements for future projects
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, ganttchart and agreement with supplier and subcontractor.
