The RTR Team Lead will oversee financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards within the life science industry. Based in Petaling Jaya, this role requires expertise in accounting and finance to support organizational goals effectively.

Manage the end-to-end Record-to-Report (RTR) process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
Analyze financial data and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Monitor internal controls and recommend improvements where necessary.
Act as the main point of contact for audits and financial reviews.
