About the Role : We're looking for a warm, proactive, and service-oriented Customer Care Executive to be the voice of our brand and the first point of contact for our valued customers. This is more than a customer service role, it's about making every interaction count and helping us raise the bar for what care truly looks like. In this role, you'll: Handle and respond to daily customer enquiries with a helpful, service-oriented approach. Manage post-renovation or post-purchase follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction. Coordinate project handovers between teams and clients. Address complaints promptly and resolve issues with cross-team support. Maintain accurate customer records in CRM. Assist with scheduling appointments and compiling leads. Share feedback and insights to improve service quality. Qualifications You have a diploma/degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, Business Admin or a related field. Great communication skills in English. (Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia is a bonus!). Enjoy talking to people and solving problems with a friendly, calm attitude. Detail-oriented and organised, you're great at keeping track of tasks and follow-ups. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience with customer service, retail, or admin roles is a plus (but not a must!). Eager to learn, proactive, and take pride in creating positive experiences for others. Show more Show less
