· Support the post trade operation of the Global Market products (FXMM, Derivatives, Securities) and deliver quality service to internal and external stakeholders.· Execute post trade operational tasks accurately, timely and in accordance with the operating procedures. The tasks include verification, settlement, accounting, overdue contracts and investigation of ad hoc issues and enquiries.· Manage and analyze complicated situations, and deviations / exceptions related to trades / settlement mismatches.· Manage failed trades and investigate cash breaks / position breaks and follow up with counterparty / agent bank for any non-receipts of payment / failure to pay and escalate to trader /dealer / RM in accordance to escalation procedures and resolved on T+1.· Liaise with trader/dealers and internal support partners (ACRS, FCM, MRM, POM) on daily operation issues.· Involved in drawing and passing accounting entries and attend to GL matters raise by ACRS/FCM and raise adjustment entries whenever required.· Identify areas to improve processes and straight through processing (STP) opportunities to continue to deliver improved processes with consistent quality.· Participate in user acceptance testing, system implementation, process improvement and business-driven initiatives.· Ensure strict compliance in all external and internal dealings with customers and controls are in place & implemented to mitigate operational risk.· Adherence to internal operations policies and regulatory compliance.· Support business units and draw up new processes for new products to be launched from operational perspectives.· Support teamwork and cross-learning within the department.Qualifications· Possess at least 2 years relevant experience. Preferably knowledge dealing with Treasury products.· Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly with good Excel skills.· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good time management, independently and under pressure and able to handle extreme stress.· Ability to handle complications and manage complicated situations effectively.· Self-motivated and able to work as a team.· Possess positive attitude and willingness to learn.· Innovative mindset and constantly on the lookout to improve efficiency.
