Application Processing:

Receive and review incoming applications for accuracy and completeness
Verify the applicant's information, academic credentials, and supporting documents.

Application Evaluation:

Assess applicant's qualifications, ensuring alignment with admission criteria.
Conduct interviews or information sessions to gather additional insights.

Enrollment:

Converting applied students to enrollment.
Follow up on the payment.

Communication:

Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students and their families.
Provide timely and accurate information about the admission process, requirements and program offerings.

Events:

Assist in co-ordinating the events.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicant data and admission decisions.
Generate reports on admission metrics and trends.

Visa:

Assist in compiling complete documents for student visa and guardian visa applications.
Work closely with the visa officer in ensuring the checklist is updated.

Compliance:

Ensure adherence to institutional policies, accreditation standards and relevant regulations.
