Job responsibilities include but not limited to: Partnering with Assembly and Test finance and/or operations to establish a robust process for site support group allocations, new product introduction spending carve out and idle capacity spending charge Perform monthly close and quarterly forecasting and reporting activities for the above portfolio Analyzing actual versus forecast for variance reporting and cycle over cycle forecast changes Support SOX and any other compliance requirements Identify financial and/or operating issues and propose action plans Driving process improvements and/or simplification Skills/Competency: Intermediate to advanced excel skills Experience with SAP, Power BI Experience with Standard Costing Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines Ability to work under dynamic and ambiguous situations Attention to details Critical thinking Able to work well with people/team player Strong Communication Experience in Manufacturing/Semiconductor sector is preferred Education/Experience: Degree in Finance/Accounting with at least 5 years' experience
