- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Minimum up to 2 years of relevant working experience, ideally in property or real estate sales.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently yet collaboratively within a team.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of thinking creatively to solve problems.
- Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred, as the role involves serving Mandarin-speaking client.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
- Assist the Sales Manager in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve project sales targets and drive revenue.
- Liaise with property agents, purchasers, and consultants to support smooth and effective sales transactions.
- Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities to help refine sales and marketing approaches.
- Prepare and compile sales reports, forecasts, and marketing insights for review by the Sales Manager.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to stay informed about development progress and ensure alignment with sales and marketing activities.
- Assist in managing the sales gallery and ensuring marketing materials are up-to-date, professional, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Provide general support to the Sales Manager and perform any other duties as required by Management.
