They work closely and provide advice and counsel to company and/or vendor representatives coordinating major facility constructions or modifications or leasing and real estate activities.Job DescriptionSummary:This position is responsible for, but not limited to, performing preventative maintenance and repair on electrical systems, machines and general facilities maintenance.Responsibilities:- Able to carry out basic Electrical, Air Conditioner Systems and Building repair.- Daily inspection on facilities equipment- Perform housekeeping of all facilities to maintain cleanliness and general appearance to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.- Starting up, shutting down and monitoring facility equipment.- Adhering to safe working practices.- Complete and maintain proper records.- Ensuring the operation of all equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, repairs and maintaining appropriate equipment inventories.Requirements:- Knowledge in basic electrical and air conditioner system- Must have experience as facilities in manufacturing industry- Must be a team player with excellent communication skills- Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally- Must be self-directed and able to perform duties with little or no supervisionEducation:- Certificate or Diploma or equivalent preferred.- At least 5 years of experience required.- Some working experience facilities maintenance.What your background should look like:CompetenciesValues: Integrity, Accountability, Inclusion, Innovation, TeamworkLocation:Prai, Penang, 07, MY, 13600City: Prai, PenangState: 07Country/Region: MYTravel: NoneRequisition ID: 136044Alternative Locations:Function: Facilities
