Job Responsibilities:
  • Rotational Training Program: Having chance to participate and get training across various departments such as Admin, Store, HR & E-Commerce in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company business operation.
  • Learning & Development: Attend training sessions and leadership programs to enhance technical and managerial skills.
  • Project Management: Collaborate on cross-functional projects and contribute innovative ideas to improve business processes.
  • Performance Analysis: Learn to analyze data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Mentorship: Work closely with senior leaders and mentors who will provide guidance and feedback on your progress.
  • Goal Achievement: Support daily operation, take ownership of tasks and deliver results aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Progress Assessment: Regularly participate in performance reviews and feedback sessions to ensure continuous growth and development.
Job Requirements:
  • A minimum of Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operation or a related field.
  • Recent graduate or up to 3 years of work experience.
  • Strong leadership potential, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and a proactive mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
