Key Responsibilities: Create Engaging Video Content - Edit and produce compelling video content for digital ads, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Brand Consistency - Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity. Multi-Platform Optimization - Adapt video content for various platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and website use. Campaign Support - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video assets for integrated campaigns. Trend Research - Stay updated on video trends and best practices to create innovative content. Project & Time Management - Manage multiple projects efficiently to meet deadlines. Videography & Photography - Experience in shooting video and capturing high-quality visuals is a plus. Requirements & Qualifications: Experience - Minimum 3 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics. Educational Background - Diploma or degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related discipline. Technical Skills - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve. Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus. Creativity & Storytelling - Strong ability to craft engaging narratives through video editing. Digital Marketing Knowledge - Understanding of social media video trends, ad creatives, and platform-specific content optimization. Attention to Detail - Strong sense of pacing, visuals, and sound synchronization.
