• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma or equivalent
• Required language(s): 1) Mandarin (in need to liaise with local Mandarin speaking suppliers)
• Required skill: Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Hard working and good team player

• To handle and assist superior in daily administrative duties, operations & activities.
• Perform data entry with accuracy and effectiveness.
• File documents in the appropriate place so they are easy to find.
• Answering and placing telephone calls, when required, in a courteous manner. Exhibits polite and professional communication via email and mail.
• Must be able to converse in Mandarin as candidate is required to speak with Mandarin speaking supplier when necessary.
• Any other ad-hoc task as assigned from time to time.
