  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
Tanggungjawab
  • Handle day-to-day administrative and office management tasks.
  • Assist in documentation, filing, and record-keeping for compliance and reporting.
  • Support HR-related tasks such as maintaining employee records and coordinating staff activities.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and supporting management in daily operations.
  • Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers when necessary.
