- Bachelor degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in Semenanjung Malaysia.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in real estate law.
- Strong drafting and legal research skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to real estate law.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address potential legal issues.
- Assist the real estate partner in providing legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of real estate matters, including tenancy, leasing, sale and purchase agreements, financing agreements, and transfer of title.
- Draft legal documents such as tenancy agreements, sale and purchase agreements, financing agreements, and transfer of title documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support the real estate partner in providing legal advice to clients.
- Communicate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on the status of legal matters.
- Work with the real estate partner and other team members to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and ensure the efficient delivery of legal services.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new clients and grow the real estate practice department.
- Set goals and objectives in line with the firm's KPI and OKR methods and work towards achieving them.
