- Interpretation of Line Leader requests and translating into correct EC (Employee Central) submissions in a responsive and accurate manner
- Engaging directly and effectively with Line Leaders on their requests
- Approach Line Leader requests with an urgency and problem-solving mindset for end-to-end resolution.
- Working collaboratively with multiple stake holders to ensure completion of request. (Service partners, HR Operations)
- Technical understanding of Terms and Conditions, HR frameworks, master data rules to ensure correct input including a sound understanding of local Asset or Functional context.
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement and growth mindset when approaching all aspects of the role and processes executed.
- Extensive years of demonstrated experience in HR Operations processes.
- Familiarity and knowledge in navigating and utilizing HR tools like SAP, Employee Central, and case management systems.
- Good stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and organizational skills which will be critical to your success in this role, as will your attention to detail and your talent to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders to influence outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyze information, with the skills and knowledge to provide critical thinking and a solution focused nature.
