3-5 years of professional design experience.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong understanding of design principles, usability, and brand consistency.
Experience in UI/UX design and visual storytelling.
Able to lead small to medium design projects independently.
Comfortable presenting ideas and receiving feedback from stakeholders.
Flexible and adaptable in evolving processes and environments.

Develop and execute design concepts across signage, print, digital media, and UI/UX.
Ensure all designs align with brand identity and enhance user experience.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver effective visual solutions.
Manage multiple design projects and timelines with attention to detail.

Present design ideas clearly and incorporate feedback constructively.
