About the Role:In this role, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering contracts related to property development projects. Leveraging your expertise in contract management, you will ensure the smooth execution of contractual agreements, while upholding compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:· Conduct site valuations and recommend payments in line with contract requirements.· Prepare variation order (VO) costs and associated documentation for review.· Assist in monitoring and updating budget reports.· Coordinate with consultants to develop Bill of Quantities (BQ) based on tender drawings and specifications.· To ensure accurate and timely completion of measurements.· Compile necessary documents for tender calls according to schedule.· Develop and implement comprehensive contract management strategies aligned with organizational goals and project objectives.· Lead negotiations and finalize contract terms and conditions with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.· Review and analyze contracts to identify potential risks, discrepancies, or opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations for mitigation.· Monitor contract performance and adherence to terms and conditions throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing any issues that may arise.· Provide guidance and support to junior contract management staff, fostering their professional development and growth.Key Requirements:· Possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveyor/ Contract Management or related field.· Proven experience in contract management, procurement, or related field, with at least 5 years of relevant work experience (contract management in property is an advantage)· Strong understanding of contract law, legal principles, and regulatory requirements.· Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.· Knowledge of contract law, legal principles, and contract management best practices.· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.If you are a senior contract executive looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we invite you to apply for this position.
