Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrative Assistant to support our sales team. This role will be responsible for handling order processing, preparing sales documents, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments to support the overall sales process. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the sales team Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and delivery notes Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, sales status, and sales activities Coordinate with technical team & sales personnel to ensure timely invoicing Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email and provide after-sales support Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards for management review Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems and subscriptions Assist in organizing sales meetings, events, and product launches Follow up on outstanding payments or documents with clients when needed Ensure all sales documentation is complete and filed properly Qualifications and Skills: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field Min. 2 years' experience in sales admin or similar administrative role is an advantage Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Customer-oriented with a problem-solving attitude Why Join Us: Be part of a dynamic and growing sales team Supportive work culture with growth opportunities Competitive benefits and professional development Show more Show less
