About the Role Airswift is seeking a Payroll & Local Delivery Specialist to join our client's Global HR Services team. This role is pivotal in supporting payroll processing and local HR administration for Malaysia-based operations. You'll be part of a modern, global shared services organisation that values consistency while respecting local regulatory nuances. Key Responsibilities Administer compensation processes (e.g., salary reviews, bonuses). Manage benefits enrolment and allowances (e.g., medical, pension). Handle leave and exit administration, including documentation. Coordinate third-party vendor invoicing and liaise with Finance. Provide Tier 2 support for payroll, tax, and benefits enquiries. Maintain physical and digital HR records in compliance with retention policies. Ensure payroll services meet performance metrics and SOP standards. Support internal and external audits related to payroll and statutory compliance. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in HR or related field. Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll and HR administration, preferably in Malaysia and/or Singapore. Familiarity with local employment legislation and statutory requirements.
