- Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality results
- Oversee daily team performance, ensuring KPIs, quality metrics, and project deadlines are consistently met
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to team members to enhance skills and productivity
- Monitor and analyse operational data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement
- Act as the escalation point for complex cases, ensuring prompt and effective resolution
- Communicate effectively in Mandarin and English with both internal teams and external stakeholders
