- Preparation of Technical and Commercial service proposals.
- Provide administrative, technical and commercial support to Sales team.
- Work to create and develop scope of proposals together with other departments and entities.
- Request and receive pricing from affiliate vendors to support proposals.
- Engagement and collaboration with other departments and entities to handle orders.
- Participate in process improvement activities.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or related.
- Knowledge of Rotating Equipment and working knowledge of sales cycles and processes
- Knowledge of CRM Tool Salesforce.com (or other similar system) and experience of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Access) is essential
- Previous Experience with complex tender compilation/preparation and is preferred to have experience of working in a Sales team
- Strong Business Acumen and Commercial sense and methodical with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and commitment to succeed, good interpersonal skills and a great teammate and effective communication skills
- Experience in working with Sales calculations
