Job Responsibility Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Maintain aging reports Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and payments. Perform general clerical duties including data entry and answering inquiries. Perform ad hoc task assigned by superior Ensure all financial documents are accurately filled and easily accessible Assist in preparing financial statements and reports Job Requirements Possess or currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor s Degree in Accounting/ Finance or equivalent. Fresh graduate is welcome to apply. Good in communication in written and verbal in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional language is preferred. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software is a plus. Ability to work with minimal supervision and multi-tasking.
