Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Senior Executive, Human Resources to support our growing HR function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing HR programs, supporting talent acquisition, employee relations, training coordination, and HR compliance. Key Responsibilities Support the full spectrum of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Operations. Prepare and maintain HR reports, analytics, and audits to support strategic decision-making and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation, including disciplinary records, performance reviews, job descriptions, and organizational charts. Lead employee relations activities, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and disciplinary processes, ensuring fairness, consistency, and compliance with company policies. Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements, particularly in matters involving discipline, grievances, termination, and workplace investigations. Manage industrial relations (IR) matters, liaising with relevant government bodies and representing the company during labor office engagements or court hearings (if necessary). Partner with line managers to provide day-to-day HR support, advice, and guidance on HR best practices and employee management. Requirements Bachelor&aposs Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role. Strong understanding of Malaysia's Employment Act and HR best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
