- Develop and execute sales plans aligned with business objectives and customer growth strategies.
- Manage customer accounts directly and through distributors, ensuring sales targets are met.
- Prospect and secure new business opportunities in the converting market.
- Conduct consultative selling, presentations, and application support to customers.
- Monitor customer performance, pricing structures, and service levels, taking corrective action when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams (customer service, finance, regional colleagues) to ensure seamless account management.
- Track and report sales activities, projects, and pipeline using CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant sales/account management experience.
- Strong knowledge of adhesives and converting applications.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
- Proven business acumen with the ability to grow accounts sustainably.
