Job Responsibility Responsible for the daily administrative document work of the office Responsible for the entry and exit procedures, including employee entry and exit procedures and the distribution and collection/recycling of office stationery, badges, and seat badges Responsible for the management of sending and receiving documents, including sending and receiving documents, faxes, newspapers and periodicals, and registration Responsible for assisting air ticket and hotel booking, expense settlement, employee attendance, employee salary settlement, etc. Responsible for meeting room management, including booking and daily maintenance of meeting rooms, interview rooms and training rooms Responsible for assisting the company in various meetings Responsible for purchasing the items needed by the office Responsible for the company's daily journal records; Other front desk related work. Job Requirements Work experience is preferred, accept fresh graduate interns Fluent in Mandarin and English, good communication skills Strong sense of responsibility and self-drive, teamwork awareness Proficient in the use of computer and mobile phones Job Benifits Non-responsible basic salary 3K + meal supplement 200 + transportation expenses 100+ after regularization Full attendance bonus 200, comprehensive salary 3.5k or above Full Time Job, five days a week, from 9a.m to 6p.m Provide Annual Bonus Provide EPF & SOCSO
