- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to build relationships and negotiate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.
- Experience with sales prospecting and lead generation techniques
- Experience with sales education products to kindergarten and school.
- Possess a valid driving license and own a car, willing to travel as and when required
- Willing to travel out of town to close sales and customer support.
- Experience with social media management tools.
- Trilingual (English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin).
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's products or services.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.
- Build relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Present the company's products or services to potential customers.
- Create and manage marketing materials, such as brochures, website copy, and email newsletters.
- Other duties as assigned.
