Data Analyst Lead - SPX Express

• Lead analytics projects aimed at enhancing SPX key performance
• Evaluate and define business metrics, oversee the development and maintenance of comprehensive reports and dashboards to support the Operation team's ongoing and future needs
• Manage ad-hoc data requests through an efficient ticketing system, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Lead the effort to communicate with stakeholders regularly to ensure seamless data and information flow from ideation to execution, tracking, and evaluation.
• Participate in strategic projects with operational teams and provide data and insights to support decision-making.
• Lead and mentor a team of Business intelligence professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Business Intelligence team
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities in data analysis, reporting, and project management.

• Bachelor's degree in numerical/analytical field is preferred
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL is a must, knowledge in Python is an added advantage
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in data analysis related work
• Experience in managing a team (analytical team preferred).
• Systematic thinker with the ability to understand the holistic picture and complex consideration
• Ability to present complex ideas and solutions in a structured manner
