Finance Associate (GL - Japanese Speaking)

• Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting
• Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annually financial statements
• Responsible for all accounting functions and tasks, including Fixed Assets registration
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support and complete the financial tasks assigned.
• Lead / support process improvement initiative and financial compliance monitoring activities.
• Assisting in budgeting and cash flow management
• Analytical, motivated and meticulous

• The candidate requires to be able to read and converse in Japanese as this role is serving the Japan entities
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience
• Good knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP
• Well versed in MS Excel
• Excellent communication skills Self-starter who can plan, organize, and take initiative to meet objectives and deadline independently
• Can work under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Detailed-oriented and willing to take on challenges
