Our client is a leading player in the FMCG food manufacturing industry, specializing in spices and sauces. With a strong presence in the local market and a commitment to quality, they focus on delivering high-performance products that meet customer expectations in taste, accessibility, and reliability. The company emphasizes growth through strategic sales leadership, distributor development, and market expansion, aiming to build long-term, profitable relationships across its customer base and subsidiaries. We are currently assisting our client in hiring a Sales Manager to lead their spices and sauces product category. This role is a critical part of the company's expansion strategy and will play a key role in driving growth across the region. Job Responsibilities: Drive revenue and profit growth for the spices and sauces category. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Oversee and enhance the performance and development of appointed distributors. Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with new customers, existing subsidiaries, and key stakeholders. Ensure timely revenue collection and customer satisfaction (quality, quantity, punctual delivery). Develop and execute business plans and go-to-market strategies to achieve commercial goals. Monitor and evaluate product performance and recommend suitable pricing and distribution strategies. Provide accurate sales forecasts, growth strategies, and product diversification plans. Ensure full alignment with customer expectations and corporate objectives. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management Qualifications & Experiences Needed Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field. Minimum 5 years of commercial experience in FMCG, especially in food manufacturing or related industries. Proven track record in prospecting and acquiring new FMCG clients. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. In-depth knowledge of the local market with existing strong business relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English. Solid analytical and operational understanding of sales processes.
