- Evangelize the Solution Assessment Desk across Microsoft field teams, partners, and customer organizations to drive awareness, adoption, and strategic alignment.
- Ensuring alignment with Microsoft Stakeholders on expectations, scope, and business outcomes.
- Position the value of Solution Assessments as a strategic enabler for cloud transformation, tailoring messaging to business and technical audiences.
- Own and optimize operational workflows underpinning assessment execution, including coordination with technical delivery teams and analytics specialists.
- Deliver impactful outcomes to customers, translating assessment insights into actionable next steps and facilitating handoffs to Microsoft sellers and partners.
- Drive post-assessment engagement, ensuring continuity and progress through Microsoft's sales and partner ecosystem.
- Working with stakeholders for WinWire's to drive assessment with impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Microsoft stakeholders, technical teams, and partner organizations to ensure seamless execution and strategic impact.
- Mentor team members, contribute to the best internal practices, and support continuous innovation within the Solution Assessment team
- Collaborate with Asia-wide Inviso Solution Assessment team.
- Technical experience with 3+ years in the Microsoft ecosystem (FTE, Vendor, or Partner), with deep understanding of Microsoft's cloud strategy, sales motions, and customer engagement models.
- Proven ability to engage with CxO-level stakeholders and translate technical assessments into strategic business value.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading complex customer engagements.
- Demonstrated success in technical sales, presales, or enablement roles, especially in positioning Microsoft technologies and Solution Assessment programs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud & AI (Cloud technologies), Microsoft AI Business Solutions (Modern Workplace solutions), Security, and related cloud offerings from a sales and strategy perspective. Having a specialization in each of these areas is considered a preferred skill.
- Excellent communication skills-verbal, written, and presentation-with the ability to influence across diverse audiences.
- Self-starter with a strategic mindset and a passion for customer success.
- Experience with Microsoft's Sales Strategy and purchasing frameworks.
- Experience working in the Microsoft ecosystem (as MS FTE, Vendor, or Partner)
- Prior involvement in Solution Assessment programs or similar cloud advisory engagements.
- Strong cross-team collaboration skills, especially in matrixed environments.
- Ability to demonstrate business impact through planning, execution, and post-engagement follow-through.
