- Execute all the communication plans for country, including but not limited to PR execution, ATL, BTL, social media, digital and Sports marketing when needed
- Collate and input country campaign plans and needs into SEA plans
- Ensure Global / Regional marketing guidelines are upheld during execution of concepts to local market
- Strategize and Implement Brand Marketing Events
- Reporting of country communication trends, including competitor analysis
- Support Sales development by execution of appropriate brand communications support
- Maintain close contact with sports agencies or clubs; as well athletes and influencers
- Implement brand comms strategies and integrated marketing plans to support brand and campaign objectives
- Be the brand guardian to ensure all work produced is faithful to adidas’ brand guidelines
- Drive & execute the 360˚ communication & Influencer / Sports Marketing plans & campaigns
- Management of Promo Order at country level.
- Support the control of existing asset agreements (product and servicing) & ensure timely and sufficient equipment support to Sports Marketing partners and own CAF system
- Key Person in Store Opening and Special Projects for localisation and commercial projects
- Monitor and analyse competitor activities.
- Analyze reports to form insights to optimize and streamline strategies, activities, processes etc.
- Keep a pulse on developing industry / market / media & digital trends to ensure that the brand stays ahead of trends.

- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
- Creative thinker with a strategic and logical approach in execution
- English: Fluent written/ spoken
- Degree in Marketing/Advertising or related course
- Business background will be an advantage
- Min 5 years’ experience with a mix of brand, consumer and trade marketing
- Ideally experience and exposure in Sports
- Media planning, digital marketing and budget tracking experience a plus
- Local market knowledge
