Our developments make an important contribution to safer, more efficient and more sustainable production, mobility and communication.In the Plasma Control Technologies (PCT) division, we manufacture specialized components that are required for the precise control of plasma processes and are used in the production of memory chips or touch screens for sensors, smartphones or tablets.What You Will Do

Lead the operation and optimization of critical facility systems including HVAC, electrical distribution, process utilities (CDA, WWT, nitrogen), and building infrastructure to ensure manufacturing uptime and compliance.
Develop and implement robust maintenance strategies using BMS/CMMS systems and IoT data to drive predictive and preventive maintenance programs.
Manage asset integrity, vendor contracts, and SLAs while ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and Comet standards.
Drive energy efficiency and cost-saving initiatives through system validation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement projects.
Mentor and manage a maintenance team, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of reliability and operational excellence.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering field.
5+ years of experience in facilities/maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment; greenfield startup experience is a plus.
Deep technical expertise in critical utilities (HVAC, electrical systems, CDA, WWT) and proficiency in BMS/SCADA/CMMS platforms.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams, contractors, and cross-functional projects.
Strong regulatory knowledge and experience ensuring compliance with local safety and facility standards.
