As part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to join our team and support the financial operations of our cafe. Position is based in Shah Alam - SS 13 Giant . JOB REQUIREMENTS Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English Possess a Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent. 1-2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the F&B industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Able to work independently, with strong attention to detail, commitment to deadlines, and good analytical skills. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Handle daily sales reconciliation from POS systems (including cash, credit card, e-wallet, and online platform transactions). Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payment. Record and maintain accurate accounting entries in the accounting system. Prepare and update monthly financial reports. Assist in bank reconciliation and petty cash management. Liaise with suppliers, banks, and external auditors when necessary. Support inventory valuation and product costing. Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by management. Show more Show less
