- Marketing Automation & Strategy
- Own and manage our marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred), including user management, data hygiene, database segmentation, and overall system performance.
- Build scalable workflows that support both tactical campaign execution and long-term nurture strategies.
- Campaign Execution & Nurture Programs
- Partner with demand gen and content teams to build, test, and optimize email marketing programs, nurture tracks, scoring models, and triggered campaigns that accelerate pipeline.
- Lead Lifecycle & CRM Integration
- Design and maintain the lead management process across the automation platform and Salesforce, ensuring clean data sync, campaign attribution, and seamless handoff to sales.
- Monitor and resolve sync errors or data integrity issues.
- Marketing Reporting & Insights
- Create and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure campaign performance, funnel conversion, and ROI.
- Deliver insights that inform marketing strategy and budget allocation.
- Tech Stack & Process Optimization
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement marketing technologies that improve efficiency and results.
- Develop documentation, processes, and training to ensure best practices across teams.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or demand generation.
- Experience managing a marketing automation platform (Marketo strongly preferred; certification a plus).
- Solid understanding of workflows, campaign strategy, lead scoring, segmentation, and analytics.
- Proven experience with Salesforce CRM and a solid grasp of lead routing, campaign attribution, and marketing-sales alignment.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- This role will need to work US or European hours, especially during their training period and to attend team meetings and/or other important meetings.
- Experience working in B2B tech or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with additional tools like ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, or CaliberMind.
- Experience building executive-level reports and dashboards in Salesforce or BI tools.
