As a CRA, you will oversee and monitor sites to protect study participants, safeguard data integrity, and ensure audit readiness - helping to advance life-changing treatments. Key Responsibilities Manage site activities in accordance with Fortrea SOPs, ICH GCP, project plans, and sponsor requirements. Conduct monitoring visits, ensuring adherence to protocols, regulatory requirements, and data quality standards. Verify informed consent procedures, subject eligibility, and compliance with study procedures. Review source documents, perform 100% source data verification, and resolve queries in line with data review guidelines. Maintain complete and up-to-date site regulatory documents and eTMF/Sponsor files. Oversee investigational product storage, accountability, and shipment tracking. Identify and resolve deviations, discrepancies, and compliance issues. Align monitoring activities with study timelines to ensure deliverables are met. Prepare accurate and timely trip reports. Contribute as Lead CRA and mentor colleagues when assigned. Participate in investigator meetings, study team calls, and site training. Qualifications University degree in life sciences, nursing, or related allied health profession (or equivalent experience). Minimum 2 years of independent clinical monitoring experience. Strong understanding of ICH GCP, local regulations, and monitoring procedures. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and MS Office; experience with e-clinical systems preferred. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel up to 60%. Preferred Additional experience in medical, clinical, pharmaceutical, or related fields.
