Senior Sales CoordinatorIndustry : Chemical/ManufacturingOffice Location : Subang Jaya, Selangor D.E, Malaysia.Tenure : PermanentRole : Senior Sales CoordinatorJob Summary:We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator who is fluent in Mandarin to support our commercial activities and maintain efficient communication with clients and internal departments.Key Responsibilities:Reports to the Sales / Admin Manager.Process customer purchase orders and ensure alignment with agreed delivery timelines.Liaise with both customers and internal factory teams to monitor order progress and schedule deliveries.Generate and manage essential sales-related documentation such as invoices, payment reminders, and routine sales summaries.Conduct monthly stock checks and perform any necessary inventory adjustments.Record daily blending activities accurately in the financial/accounting system.Oversee export shipment paperwork and ensure proper coordination with logistics.Stay informed and adhere to the company's Quality Management principles, including goals, risks, and compliance measures.Requirements:Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay (spoken and written).Excellent time management and communication abilities.Previous experience in sales support, order coordination, or a similar administrative function is an added benefit.Familiar with inventory control tools and fundamental accounting practices.Salary details: RM5,000 - 7,200 monthly fixed salaryOther Benefit:EPF, SOSCOBonus: Provided (2 times in June, Dec) totally 2-3 monthsMedical insurance -MedicalPA insuranceDental feeIncrement (Jan)Handphone allowanceCar Park feeWorking hour: 8:00am-5:00pm (Mon-Fri)Sub Specialization : Administration;Secretary / Personal Assistant;General Administration;Administration Support;Back-end Support;Clerical Type of Employment : Permanent Minimum Experience : Fresher Work Location : Kuala Lumpur
