RESPONSIBILITIES Identify, Lead and Execute Investment strategies including seeking Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) opportunities, conducting due diligence exercises, managing free cash flow, forex managemen t and etc. Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's exposure, liabilities and investments. Provide financial analysis of the group of companies with an emphasis on business expansions, capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations. Manage & maintain good relationship with investors and other external stakeholders such as financial institutions. Establish internal controls and continuous improvements for the group's financial operations. Oversee preparation of business activity reports, financial forecasts, annual budgets, production of periodic financial reports & department's report for the group. Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year for the group of companies. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements for the group of companies across all relevant jurisdictions. Present recommendations to management on short and long-term improvement plans, financial objectives and policies. Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Management. REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Finance, and/or Professional Qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or CPA. At least 15 years of working experience in accounting is required for this position. Required skill(s): MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint). Knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices. Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods. Proficient in accounting & financial management software (e.g. SAP). Experience in investment relations, MNC & public listed company. Good communication, interpersonal & analytical skills. Strong leadership, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
