This role is responsible for conducting research analysis on sectors/ companies and collaboration regional team to further enhance our research and ESG capabilities. He/she must be pro-active in generating ideas and able to present firm's investment outlook and strategy to existing/ potential clients confidently. Key Job Responsibilities To assist in investment idea generation to be presented to the portfolio management team To assist in the preparation of macro views and investment strategy To further enhance in-house ESG investing capabilities To provide oversight and guidance to junior analysts Will be required to present investment views to both internal and external stakeholders Other tasks include client servicing, preparation of RFPs, and ad-hoc investment-related requests Key Job Requirements Tertiary qualification with a major in Finance, Accounting or Economics. Other disciplines are also considered. CFA qualification is an advantage. Minimum 5 to 10 years relevant working experience in equity research, fund management or corporate finance. Fundamental understanding of finance, economics, markets, financial analysis, accounting and valuation concepts. Basic understanding of contract or corporate law an advantage. Good communication skills and must be highly proficient in English. Microsoft Office, Bloomberg, relevant statistical software a plus.
