Customer Service Executive (Outbound Mandarin Speaker)

- Able to speak Mandarin (optional: English & Cantonese).
- Strong desire to learn and improve.
- No experience required (training provided).
- Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- If the weekly target is met, Saturday is off with basic salary provided.
- Rest time: 1 hour 10 minutes.
- Make outbound cold calls to potential clients.
- Promote products and services effectively.
- Follow up with clients via WhatsApp.
- Pass interested clients to the project handler for closing.
- Equal Envinronment, after 6 months can proceed to promotion (RM6000+)
- One-on-one guidance from a 24/7 leader.
- Leads provided by the company.
- Monthly company activities (decided by YOU!).
- Yearly company travel (decided by YOU!).
- EPF & SOCSO contributions.
- Hostel accommodation available if needed.
- Commission: 8% - 19% (based on successful project closure) Range from RM500 - RM8000
- Can be reached through public transport (MRT)
