We&aposre now looking for a Marketing & Growth Strategist to help bring coherence, momentum, and metrics to our efforts. ???? About the Business Starting from a single Kickstarted card game 2 years ago, we have since operated on a bootstrapped basis. Now in our 3rd year of operations, our offerings include physical products as well as events and services. We are transitioning from a lean setup to a structure with full-time resources, so many processes and systems are being developed. As a growing brand, we've worked with parents, schools, creators, and corporate partners to bring purposeful content to life. Our recent wins include the Parents' Choice Award 2025 and launching The Nurts Day, a large-scale family event to promote meaningful bonding and play. We are now expanding our team as we build our next phase of growth-amplifying our brand presence, strengthening our community, and reaching more families across Malaysia and beyond. ???? Who We Are Looking For We&aposre seeking a mid-level generalist with sharp strategic thinking and hands-on execution ability. Someone who enjoys connecting dots across content, partnerships, and campaigns-and can coach others while building clean systems. You'll work closely with the Founder and help bring structure, focus, and rhythm to our marketing and growth operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in lean teams, balances creativity with commercial instincts, and is looking to shape meaningful projects from the ground up. Job Title: Marketing & Growth Lead Reports to: Founder & Managing Director Company: The Nurts Sdn Bhd ???? Location: Hybrid - Centrepoint, Bandar Utama Role & Responsibilities Develop and manage Marketing calendars leading the planning and execution of digital campaigns (brand, product, partnerships, and events.) Translate business goals into briefs and OKRs across content, partnerships, and activations Track KPIs across marketing funnels (engagement, reach, conversion, CRM health) Support CRM strategy (e.g., welcome flows, audience segments, automation) Build sustainable dashboards and create clarity through templates, checklists, and documentation Manage a team of juniors who look at content calendars and social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) Oversee offline marketing initiatives including events, retail marketing, pop-ups, and experiential activations. Coordinate cross functions and collaborate with business development, activations, designers, content creators, and partners where applicable Contribute to creative campaigns and pitches Monitor and present growth updates (online & offline) and strategic recaps to the management Support community growth and engagement strategies through interactive content and storytelling.
