- Develop, enhance, and maintain web and mobile applications in accordance with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and developers to translate concepts and design ideas into fully functional applications.
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality, reliable, and efficient code.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and alignment for the deliverable
- Optimise application performance through code re-factoring, caching mechanisms, and other performance enhancement techniques.
- Stay updated of latest technologies, industry trends, and best practices in web and mobile development, and proactively contribute to technical discussions and decision-making processes.
- Participate in code reviews, offering constructive feedback and suggestions to maintain a high standard of code quality.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers
- Minimum 4 years professional experience on fullstack web/mobile development
- Proven experience in react native/Flutter, reactJS and NodeJS for hands-on development
- Experienced in cloud technologies and architectures such as AWS
- Strong understanding of Microservices
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced with various other programming languages, tools and frameworks
- Has worked within the FinTech industry
