- Process Trade Finance transactions in the Trade Finance systems guided by operating procedures within processing turnaround standards.
- Compute SST accurately for relevant taxable Bank charges to be input into the core Trade Finance processing systems.
- Perform daily & monthly reconciliation and provide data for monthly reporting on SST collection.
- Ensure sorting/matching of input & output documents are completed correctly and filing & archiving of documents are performed as per guidelines and within set timelines.
- Ensure care and due diligence is exercised on day-to-day operational matters in relation to AML/CFT procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Handle ad hoc duties as and when assigned by Team Leader/Management.
- Work with the team under minimal supervision and ensure all deliverables and objectives are met.
- Preferably 1 to 2 years' experience in banking operations. Fresh graduates or diploma holders are encouraged to apply.
- Possess analytical skills.
- A strong customer service mindset with good communication, comprehension and problem solving skills.
