Job Purpose : Successful candidates will be given exposure on the Local Compliance functions and will be trained to be a specialist in the area. Key Activities : Locally represents the 2nd Line of Defense. He/she is responsible for identification, assessment, and management of financial crime risks of so called advise through business within CGSS business on behalf of Group Compliance Global Financial Crime Prevention Area (GRM-CO GFCP). Responsible for ensuring that CGSS is compliant with the global compliance policies and standards of Commerzbank Group. Supports CGSS Local Compliance and the local management to build solid, transparent, and reliable processes to identify, manage and mitigate financial crime risks. Implement globally and locally aligned policies, guidelines, processes, projects, working. instructions technical guidelines and other appropriate measures, in accordance with the Group's Policies and local requirements. Provide Management assurance by continuously testing adherence to internal and external rules and regulations. Conduct regular 2nd LoD Compliance Reviews for CGSS. Assist to analyze on a regular basis the business activities in the location to assess the existing Compliance risks. Formal Education : Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Specialist Knowledge : Preferably Entry Level specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. No work experience required. Minimum CGPA is 3.0 Strong team player with strong interpersonal and communicative skills. Required language(s): Fluent verbal and written English required. Required Skill(s): Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. Successful candidates will undergo minimum of 2-4 weeks comprehensive classroom training and on the job training.
