- Backup planner for AIVI2 and Nissan Kai or other models that assign from time to time
- Monthly SMT Capacity Planning and execution
- Monthly discussion with LOG and MOE3&MOE2 for Capacity discussion and loading
- Leads SMT Planning and Scheduling group
- Main driver for SMT leveling projects.
- Follow up on the daily SMT production output
- Track stock level of inventory/ semi completed/ holding in WIP/ staging area.
- Prepare daily report required from time to time. (eg: production tracking report).
- Coordination to solve problems that related to SMT planning
- Take lead and initiate for process improvement
- Lead in MOE1 projects improvement and system CIP eg pull system and system planning
- Any other task as assign by superior from time to time.Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Business, Manufacturing, or Accounting.
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in SMT planning.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP, particularly in planning modules.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve planning-related issues effectively.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to motivate and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and contribute to continuous improvement and optimization projects.
- Effective communication skills, both written and spoken, in English and Malay
