We are seeking a skilled and experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our HR team. The C&B Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Creating and executing fresh compensation and benefits programs, policies, and protocols.
  • Guaranteeing all programs, policies, and protocols adhere to present regulations.
  • Interacting with external service providers to discuss benefit packages and address benefit-related concerns.
  • Assisting the HR team with recruitment and talent management endeavours.
  • Formulating profit-sharing, incentive, employee well-being, and performance evaluation schemes.
  • Supervising junior HR staff and overseeing day-to-day operations concerning compensation and benefits tasks.
  • Compiling budgets, reports, and presentations.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of experience within compensation and benefits or as a payroll specialist.
  • Extensive knowledge of C&B programs policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
  • Well-versed in managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
  • Excellent communication skills in English
