- Creating and executing fresh compensation and benefits programs, policies, and protocols.
- Guaranteeing all programs, policies, and protocols adhere to present regulations.
- Interacting with external service providers to discuss benefit packages and address benefit-related concerns.
- Assisting the HR team with recruitment and talent management endeavours.
- Formulating profit-sharing, incentive, employee well-being, and performance evaluation schemes.
- Supervising junior HR staff and overseeing day-to-day operations concerning compensation and benefits tasks.
- Compiling budgets, reports, and presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, business administration, or a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience within compensation and benefits or as a payroll specialist.
- Extensive knowledge of C&B programs policies, procedures, and applicable legislation.
- Well-versed in managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Excellent communication skills in English
