Roles & Responsibilities: Ensure smooth operation of MT4/MT5 platforms and associated systems (training provided). Maintain functionality of additional components like Bridges/Hubs, plugins, and external tools. Operate various cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud). Assist in managing database systems, networking, and operating systems (Windows/Linux). Conduct system audits and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with external partners to resolve problems. Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor&aposs degree in IT or a related field. Interest in the financial industries; experience with MT4/MT5 is preferred. IT support experience in the financial sector is a plus. Familiarity with Linux/Unix/Windows systems and MySQL; SQL knowledge is an advantage. Fresh graduates from non-IT backgrounds are welcome to apply. Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with global colleagues.
