- Responsible for the management of after-sales maintenance services for the companys main products.
- Handle post-sales quality faults and anomalies of equipment, promptly collect and record customer feedback information, analyze feedback issues in conjunction with production, quality, logistics, and other relevant departments.
- Manage post-sales installation, commissioning, and maintenance of projects, including coordinating technical, procurement, and quality assurance to develop technical solutions, operational procedures, quality and progress management of on-site services, customer demand maintenance, management of work hour records, etc.
- Provide effective technical support to customers and address technical issues raised by customers.
- Promote and improve the standardization process of customer complaints and after-sales, including customer complaint process, after-sales service process, after-sales follow-up process, coordinate communication between customers and factories, track improvement measures and project usage status.
- Major in biomedical engineering or electronic instruments.
- More than 3 years of on-site service experience in medical equipment, experience in ultrasound equipment maintenance is preferred.
- Willingness to frequently travel.
- Strong ability to withstand pressure and efficiently solve problems.
- Open-minded, collaborative, and excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Chinese Speaking Candidate is preferred.
