- Develop and execute strategic plans for the business development of the glass business in Singapore and Malaysia.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to market expansion.
- Possess a solid understanding of the construction industry, especially when dealing with architects, developers, contractors and glass processors.
- Obtain product specifications by engaging with all project stakeholders and addressing techno-commercial aspects.
- Act as the key point of contact for business leadership, providing updates on progress and challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and project managers.
- Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure product specifications align with market demands.
- Monitor and report on business development progress, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Business Development and Sales within the construction industry.
- Possess a Degree in Architecture / Civil / Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in technical sales and leadership roles in the facade business.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Techno-commercial acumen and the ability to understand complex construction and project requirements.
