Job Description To coordinate all inbound packaging material & assets that are sent by the vendor. Inbound includes checking the condition of the items, checking the quantity of items sent matches the DO and asset tagging all the assets that arrived. To coordinate all the distribution of packaging materials & assets to be sent to hubs. This includes creating transfer tasks, counting & packing items that need to be delivered, ordering trucks if necessary and making sure hubs receive & inbound into the AMS (Asset Management System). Responsible for assigning daily tasks to the team of sorters and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently. To ensure the asset storage place is clean and in order. To perform periodical stock takes and investigate any variances. Requirements Legally allowed to work in Sarawak based on respective state law requirements. Candidates currently based in Sarawak are encouraged to apply. Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferable skill sets are welcome to apply. Experienced in warehouse operations would be preferred. Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders. Able to proactively provide feedback and updates to relevant stakeholders is required.
