- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand alignment across all event touchpoints.
- Liaise with vendors, partners, and venues to ensure smooth logistics and timely execution.
- Support the marketing team in creating campaign materials, content calendars, and promotional assets.
- Assist in analyzing sales and campaign data to support reseller performance.
- Coordinate with external agencies for content creation and social media execution.
- Prepare clear reports and presentations to share insights and track success metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- High proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is essential.
- Proven experience in planning and executing events or activations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for dealing with vendors and partners.
- Able to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and timelines.
- Marketing or social media coordination experience is a bonus.
- Previous experience in direct sales or social commerce is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Open-minded, fast learner, and able to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.
